We perform the work and take responsibility for the three most important aspects of the wine feature.

The thermal barrier is the most important component of the wine room since the Houston area is in a “Hot Humid Climate” zone and all of Texas is experiencing longer and hotter summers.
We install the correct thermal barriers on all walls, the floor, and the ceiling. This includes the necessary insulation and air & vapor barriers.
We work with TONER Home Matters to stay aware of the latest developments in residential thermal barriers and bring them in as consultants when necessary.
We have significant experience designing, installing, and servicing wine room refrigeration systems.
We only install systems that can be serviced on-site.
Our preferred equipment has a dead-band of 1% or less.
The fun part of the process! This phase involves iterations until your desired outcome is achieved.
