Inspiration:
Our client wanted traditional wood racking but we used acrylic for the two wings coming out from the side walls. The acrylic racking is open so one could see all the racking from the dining room.
Technical Specs:
There are two refrigeration systems, one on each side of the room. Both are large enough to cool the room on their own but we went with two to provide redundancy.
Racks:
The racking consists of traditional single bottle cubies and sliding trays.
