Nos Caves Vin (NCV) was the first company in Texas to offer purpose-built wine storage facilities that combine state-of-the-art wine storage and architect designed lounges for the enjoyment of wine. NCV Wroxton opened in 2009 and NCV Frostwood in 2013.

NCV Custom Wine Rooms currently builds wine features in greater Houston, Austin, San Antonio and the greater Hill Country.

NCV is the sole partner in Houston for Opus by Invintory and has partnerships with many other wine-centric companies. NCV Custom Wine Rooms is the exclusive dealer for the CUBE and CAVEA in Houston, Austin and San Antonio as well as being the exclusive dealer in those areas for certain wine rack suppliers.

Will has a long history in the wine business, including eighteen years as a Wine Manager with H.E.B..

Operations, Inventory, and whatever needs to be done.

DeMarco started at NCV in 2014 as a part-time helper. Now he oversees both locations, manages all logistics jobs, and does most collection inventory jobs.

Chuck has been a respected professional in the wine world in Houston for more than twenty years.

Steve Ista
Steve Ista

Construction Manager

Steve has been managing our wine room construction since 2005 and was the general contractor on both NCV locations. He was a widely respected GC in Houston since the late 80’s, specializing on old homes inside the Loop and focused on the Heights area.

Now he is semi-retired and only does wine rooms for NCV.
